After a Friday night date to see Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae, and J*Davey and a Saturday night of gigs (thanks again Aunty Jen & Nanay for babysitting!), we spent Sunday bbqing at Nanay's, followed by True Blood nights at our crib. After hours of playing zombie it was time to wind down to read more about the creatures of the sea!

10 more days 'til Hawaii! Miles is gearing up, still studying his ocean books and asking a million questions. We have our conversations about how this is his summer ritual, being able to spend quailty time with his gramma & papa, experiencing island life. Plus, I tell him, "your gramma & papa miss you!" And he agrees, nodding his head, "And I reeeeeallllly miss them." Big ups to his ninong Paulskeee for boking us for this...
Gramma & papa, both your boys will be coming home :)
